(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this item for my daughter's birthday.This is probably the sixth different brand of media player we have purchased.We love it!It's about the size of my blackberry and it has a good feel to it.It doesn't feel or look cheap.The screen is sensitive so you don't have to tap over and over for it to work and it changes quickly. It also has a stylus.There are lots of surprises like the qwerty touchscreen keyboard, calculator, and the picture quality is really good.I don't kow yet how durable it will turn out to be, but for the money I spent I am very happy with the quality.The only negative about this would be that the software they sent with it doesn't allow you to load youtube videos directly onto it.I was able to get around it, though.I just went online and downloaded a free program called winfx free video converter and converted the youtube videos to a format that the software they sent could convert and load onto the device.It was actually pretty simple once I got it all figured out.So overall I would give this media player an A+!
