(More customer reviews)The Olympus DS-20 digital voice recorder is excellent!It was easy to begin using and the instructions were clear.I like the ability to download and upload from the computer with the very easy to use and install USB port & chord.I wish it had rechargeable batteries and an A/C adapter in the package, but it is great nevertheless.
