(More customer reviews)1. The web interface is rediculously slow and the software has a horribly interface. Like something developed in Quick BASIC back in the 80s/90s, was surprized it loaded on Vista.
2. Even at high the picture quality is still too poor to make out who's in the video.
3. The fan is loud.
4. At its lowest setting the sensitivity was still to high.
5. The snapshot feature is manual and requires the software. Its actually a print screen feature not really a snapshot. Exactly like pressing (Alt+print screen)
Eventually I installed a video capture card on a laptop and used WebCam Monitor software which has more features and uses a modern user interface. Most important, it makes use of the cameras highest resolution when recording so I can actually tell who's in the video and even read words off objects. That DVR definitely is not worth that price, but it is one of the cheapest you'll find.
