(More customer reviews)The only reason that I didn't give it a five star rating is that the files in mp3 format (which I love about the recorder) are HUGE!I use it to record law school classes & an approximately 3 hour recording takes up about 230MB of space.The recorder has enough space to hold approximately 4 of those (12 hrs total), but if you want to keep them for longer than a couple of days, you'll want to move them elsewhere.It doesn't take long to fill a hard drive at 230MB per day!I have an external hard-drive and it works great.I do recommend this recorder and although it eats batteries (~6 hrs recoding time per battery tops), I am very pleased.The transfer rate & easy of use through USB with the extension is smooth as silk.The headphones with it are great to use while recording or after the fact (or even on a different device).Just plan for large files when storing and get some rechargable batteries with a charger to quickly interchange them on the run & you'll be pleased as well.I'd buy this one again, without a doubt.
